Works with your connections

Copy across every platform & prop firm

The copier lives inside NinjaTrader 8, so it mirrors across any accounts you connect — a live Rithmic feed, a Tradovate account, and a rack of prop-firm evaluations, all at once.

Copier and risk manager, in one

Every behavior is a toggle — flexible enough for one account or a whole desk of prop challenges.

Multi-account copier

One leader, every follower — mirrored 1:1

  • Place a trade on one account, it copies to all the rest
  • Entries, bracket exits, and flattens all propagate
  • Parallel submit across accounts — no waiting in line
  • Run multiple copier groups with different leaders at once

Position-delta engine

Followers track the leader — never double, never flip

  • Copies the change in position, not raw fills
  • De-dupes executions so nothing mirrors twice
  • Exits always close and can never overshoot into a reverse
  • ~5 ms engine reaction on the leader fill

Hard risk rails

Limits that actually block the order

  • Daily-loss lockout — rejects new trades once you hit the limit
  • Max contracts, max trades per day, loss-streak cooldown
  • Mandatory-stop enforcement before an order is accepted
  • Auto-flatten and auto-pause on breach (your toggle)

Prop-firm ready

Built for evaluation and funded accounts

  • Presets for 11 major prop firms
  • Trailing / end-of-day drawdown tracking
  • Per-account daily-loss, size, and trade limits
  • Consistency and payout metrics in the report

Risk-based order ticket

Size by dollars, not guesswork

  • Enter a $ risk and stop distance — it sizes the contracts
  • Auto-bracketed OCO target and stop on the fill
  • Live bid / ask / spread quote strip
  • Saved presets — Scalp, Day, Swing, or your own

Trade report & analytics

Every fill, booked and journaled

  • Net-of-commission P&L across every account
  • Equity curve, win rate, profit factor, expectancy
  • Monthly P&L calendar with daily and weekly totals
  • Consistency and ROI — the numbers prop firms check

Three steps to a copied, guarded trade

Set it up once. Then trade one account and let the tool handle the rest.

01

Pick a leader

Choose the account you trade from and the followers it should copy to. Group them however you like — one setup or several running in parallel.

02

Set your rails

Daily-loss limit, max contracts, max trades, loss-streak cooldown — global or per account. Load a prop-firm preset in one click.

03

Trade

Place one risk-sized, auto-bracketed order. It mirrors to every follower in milliseconds while the rails watch every account. Flatten everything from one button.

Real money deserves real guardrails

The copier is built to fail safe. It defaults to Sim, trusts its own ledger, and can flatten everything in one click.

Sim-first, arm to go live

It always boots in Sim mode and can never silently come up armed for real money. Going live is a deliberate, confirmed action.

Your own ledger, not lagging positions

P&L and rails are booked from the tool’s own execution stream, so a just-closed position can’t be double-counted or slip past a limit.

One-button flatten

Flatten a single account, the followers, or absolutely everything at once — cancels working orders and closes positions in parallel.

Questions

What traders ask about the copier, answered up front.

What is TMTradeManager?
A single NinjaTrader 8 AddOn that combines a multi-account trade copier, a risk-based order ticket, and hard protection rails into one tool. Trade from one account, copy to many, all guarded by daily-loss, contract, and trade limits — with a full trade report on top.
How does the copier avoid double or reversed positions?
It copies position deltas, not raw fills. The engine tracks the leader’s net position and moves each follower to match — de-duplicating executions so nothing mirrors twice, and clamping exits so they always close rather than flipping into a reverse.
Will it work for prop-firm accounts?
Yes — that’s a primary target. It ships with presets for 11 major prop firms, tracks trailing and end-of-day drawdown, enforces per-account daily-loss and size limits, and reports the consistency and payout metrics evaluation firms look at.
Is it safe to run on a live account?
It always starts in Sim mode and only touches real money after you deliberately arm it and confirm. P&L and every rail are computed from the tool’s own fill stream rather than NinjaTrader’s lagging position data, and a one-button flatten closes everything in parallel at any time. As always, trading futures carries risk — no tool removes that.
When can I get it?
The copier is in final testing. It’s not on general sale yet — join the early-access list by email and you’ll be first to know when it launches, along with launch pricing.
