Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for TradeMate products. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By purchasing a TradeMate package, you agree to this policy.
1. All sales are final
TradeMate products are digital software licenses delivered and validated against NinjaTrader's licensing servers. Because access is granted immediately and cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law or in the limited cases described below.
Please review the product details, screenshots, and FAQ on this site carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product fits your setup, contact us before you buy.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly licenses are recurring subscriptions billed every month until canceled. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal; your access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again.
Canceling does not generate a refund for the current or prior billing periods, and we do not prorate partial months.
3. Lifetime licenses
Lifetime licenses are a one-time payment and are non-refundable once the license has been issued to your NinjaTrader account.
4. Limited exceptions
We will review a refund request in good faith in the following cases:
- Duplicate or accidental charge — you were billed more than once for the same license, or charged in error.
- Non-delivery — your license was never issued or activated and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
- Where required by law — refunds mandated by the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, back to the original payment method. The license associated with a refunded purchase is deactivated.
5. License revocation
As stated in our Terms, we may revoke a license without refund if it is shared, redistributed, used to circumvent our protections, or otherwise used in violation of the Terms.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve billing issues faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your license being deactivated.
7. How to request a refund
To request a refund under the limited exceptions above, reach us through any of the contact channels in the site footer and include your NinjaTrader account name and the order or payment reference. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
