Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TradeMate's website, software, and related services. By purchasing or using TradeMate products, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

When you purchase a TradeMate package, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the included indicators with your personal NinjaTrader 8 account. The license is tied to your NinjaTrader account name and follows you to any machine where you log into that account.

You may not share, resell, sublicense, rent, redistribute, or transfer your license to another person.

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars on the site. Lifetime licenses are a one-time payment; monthly licenses are recurring subscriptions billed every month until canceled. You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time through the customer portal; access ends at the end of the current billing period.

Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout based on your billing location.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record (authorized reseller) for TradeMate purchases. Paddle handles billing, applicable taxes, and refunds, and will appear as the seller on your payment statement. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

3. Refunds

All sales are final. Because the licenses are digital and validated against NinjaTrader's licensing servers, we do not offer refunds. Please review the product details, screenshots, and FAQ on this site carefully before purchasing.

4. Updates and changes

All packages include future product updates at no additional cost while your license is active. We may modify, add, or remove features as the product evolves. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance.

5. License revocation

We reserve the right to revoke a license without refund if it is shared, redistributed, used to circumvent our protections, or otherwise used in violation of these Terms.

6. No financial advice

TradeMate is software. It does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. The indicators visualize market data; trading decisions are entirely your own responsibility.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The TradeMate software and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeMate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the software. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant license in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Third-party services

TradeMate relies on NinjaTrader, Paddle, Cloudflare, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or limitations of those services. NinjaTrader is a registered trademark of NinjaTrader, LLC.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TradeMate is operated. [Specific governing law and venue to be confirmed.]
