TradeMate ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to operate our service:
- Email address — when you join our waitlist or purchase a license.
- NinjaTrader account name — required to authorize your license through NinjaTrader's Vendor Licensing system.
- Billing information — processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. We do not store or process card numbers ourselves; Paddle handles payment details under its own privacy policy.
- Basic site analytics — anonymous traffic data such as page views and referrer (no personal identification).
How we use information
- To deliver and license the indicators you purchase.
- To send launch announcements, product updates, and important account notices.
- To provide customer support and answer questions you send us.
- To improve our products and the site.
Information we do not collect
- We do not access your NinjaTrader trading data, strategies, or positions.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Third-party services
We rely on the following providers, each with their own privacy policies:
- Paddle — payment processing and Merchant of Record (handles billing, applicable taxes, and refunds).
- Cloudflare — hosting and DNS.
- NinjaTrader, LLC — license validation (your NT account name is used).
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us through any of the channels listed in the site footer. Where required by law (such as the EU GDPR or California CCPA), we will respond within the applicable time frame.
Data retention
We keep customer records for as long as your license is active plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. Waitlist emails are removed on request or after a reasonable period of inactivity.
Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies needed for the site to function. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.
